Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after completing your order and they are shipped via registered letter or Colissimo with tracking and delivered cons signature. We will provide you with a link so you can follow online delivery of your package.

Shipping fees cover only postage. They may vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.  We can group several orders that you placed separately by adding the shipping of each of them. Your package is insured to the extent of the value of its contents, special care is taken to protect fragile parcels ...

Boxes are not oversized because of the textile nature of their contents, but they are protected against tear and weather.

Postage by weight with proof of mailing, delivery against signature, tracking, commitment
on delivery time in 2 business days(1).
In case of loss or damage: integrated compensation of 200 € or 23 €/kg (including postage) if more favorable.

(1) No commitment on delivery time to Andorra.

Price list of registered Colissimo to the French Overseas*

French overseas area 1 : Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Barthelemy, St. Martin and Mayotte.

French Overseas area 2 : New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, French Southern and Antarctic, Clipperton.

on delivery time in 2 business days.

Postage by weight with proof of mailing, delivery cons recipient's signature, tracking(3). Compensation integrated according to the weight of the shipment and to international rules. Insurance for a value of 300 €.

(3) From deposit to delivery towards some destinations, or else until the point of exit from mainland France.
(4) Zone A: European Union, Switzerland and Norway
(5) Zone B: Countries of Eastern Europe (non EU), North Africa
(6) Zone C: Countries of Africa except the Maghreb, Canada, USA, Middle East
(7) Zone D: Other destinations (Souh America, Asia, Oceania)
